It's true homies, eagles don't roam in flocks

Great work.

Do you do front squats genie style, oly style, with straps, or some other way?

genie style

That’s the only way I’ve done them, but I’m gonna give straps a try. For me, front are full of awesome and suck, all at the same time.

deflifts

raw conventional 145 x 10 z 2, 235/325/415/505/555/605 x 5, PR. every set above 300lbs felt heavy as hell. pulling for reps sucks ass

leg press 5 x 8-10
dbell shrug 5 x 10-12

I feel this way about conventional. But I could rep sumo all day long. Maybe not with 605. Yet. So glad to see you’re carrying on.

30 min elliptical blah

Glad to see you’re pumped about your cardio…

Is the weather decent there in Minn? Can’t you get outside and do this?

weather not so great today, could have done it outside but was already in the basement putting my stereo back together and playing old vinyl, ftw

OK, so that’s really f’ing cool. I would love to have my old vinyl.

james

it was actually very nice getting everything set up down there, my 5 year old is stoked that we have a ‘dance hall’ for the vinyl. played him some old Trojan Reggae and some 70s punk, ha

Now that is cool. I grew up on 80’s West Coast punk but I can reach back for the 70’s stuff too.

Kids are great like that. My son loves to dance too. Funny how we all lose that once we become more aware of ourselves and more self conscious.
