FYI, I got nice little gash on my finger carving up steak the other day that hurts like a mother when I grip anything, and I briefly thought about skipping pulling and rows to let it heal, but then I thought about your log and the injuries you train around and felt like a vag for even thinking about skipping.
Felt beat to hell and stiff as shit today, just perfect to test my opener for my one trick pony meet next week. Quads, hip flexors, hammies were all drum tight still from Monday’s squatting and prowlering.

Why elbow out? I specifically avoid these to protect my shoulders. I’m guessing surgery won’t be necessary? Sounds like you’re rehabbing really solidly.
