You can safely assume whenever I say “snatch” I mean “muscle snatch” lol. I don’t have the flexibility to do the real thing.

My form is better than it has been in a long time. I think I let my form deteriorate heavily on bench. Taking the lift and the form much more seriously and actually focusing on it like it’s a competition skill (which it is) has helped tremendously. I will be much less nonchalant with my bench form from now on. Hopefully that will break me out of this year long plateau.
