Well it’s bench day today. Deload week too, which means I get to do whatever I want. Some shit’s gonna go down.
My form is better than it has been in a long time. I think I let my form deteriorate heavily on bench. Taking the lift and the form much more seriously and actually focusing on it like it’s a competition skill (which it is) has helped tremendously. I will be much less nonchalant with my bench form from now on. Hopefully that will break me out of this year long plateau.

Circuit:
This is the final week of the circuit. I went heavier on rows and pulldows. The stiff legs and hyperextensions were hard enough already. 3 circuits of 8 reps with stiff leg deads w/ 315, T-bar rows with 4 plates, supinated grip pulldowns, and hyperextensions with a bar behind the head.
Fucking get there. I’ll be there going for a pull in the mid 5’s. My training partner Chia will be there going for 625 at a bodyweight of 181. Steve Goggins will be there going for 800. Knowing Steve he might have gotten Ed Coan to be head judge who knows.
