Went to the little 24 hour gym. Decided to not even bother with the slip-n-slide bench and just started with incline barbell. I’ve neglected poor ol’ incline barbell anyhow. Be good to have some numbers on the books for it.
Incline Bench:
45 10x
135 5x
185 5x
225 5x
225 5x

225 5x No spotter, so just did this nice and easy 5x5. Lots of weight left in the tank.
It’s amazing what I can do when I remove 100% of the stabilization from a movement lol.
Seated DB Press:
60’s 10x

DB Bench:
70’s 10x
70’s 10x
70’s 10x
Didn’t feel like using much weight anymore, so for those DB presses and bench I just did some slow negatives with as much range of motion as possible, nice and controlled.

315 3x Not too tough. I plan to stick with paused squats exclusively for a little while and at least work up to a 5x5 with 315 on them. My hip flexors feel painfully tight in the bottom of the hole.
