Is This 8% Body Fat

I am:
Height: 6’2
Weight: 205lb
Waist:32"
Arms:16.8"
Age 20

I am aiming to achieve the definition/leaness in the pic below, which I assume is 8%, so:

205 X.86 = 176.3 (My Weight @ 0%)
176.3X1.08= 190.4 (My weight @ 8%)

So if I lose 15b assuming I don’t lose any muscle will I be a true 8% bf ? Or do you have to factor in other things.

I have been cutting successfully around a week lost about 2lb

Just look in the mirror

Do you look like the pic? If you do, does it matter what the percentage is? If not, keep working on it.

The first rule of cutting is “you’re fatter than you think”. You assume that your current bf percentage is in the low to mid teens - is this a guess or an accurate measurement?

x2.

I’ve really started to think an awful lot less about what my bodyfat percentage may or may not be, and a lot more about a) whether my body is performing the way I want it to perform and b) whether I look the way I want to look. Seems like a much more reasonable way of doing things.

AG, you’re starting to become my favourite poster. Apart from when you disagree with me obviously.

Dude, you know you only get internetz pointz for squats and milk.

If you go to Tim Ferriss’ 4hourlife website, you’ll find a button called ‘photos and tracking.’ Have a look.
