The plus of steroids has nothing to do with the absorption of nutrients. It relates to the generation of the appropriate chemical environment in your body to stimulate growth. More testosterone = more muscle growth and maintenance. And your body CAN absorb more than 30 grams; it just uses excess protein (which will vary from person to person) to fuel you instead of to build your muscles. The problem is that naturals only have so much testosterone in their system, so growth is more difficult.

I get stronger with more mucles at 95 to 100 grams.
I meant grow their muscle and the pounds they lift. Many want to loose weight train with low calories the scale does not move. They loose 10, 20 pounds but at the same time they gain muscle. I should have been more specific. Pictures and some measures are additional proofs that the scale does not tell all. You might read an article maybe 2 months ago 10,000 challenge kettle bell. They talk about body transformation and some other terms i am not sure but probably close to body composition, mesuring fat with calipers and other means.

I’m going to be super-elementary here. No, the purpose of steroids is not as a protein digestive aid. I have no idea where you got that idea from. Steroids alter hormone levels. Different steroids work through different mechanisms. That’s as far as I need to go with that, since steroids are not a good direction to take this conversation.
What defines a meal, by the way? You said you can only absorb 30g of protein per ‘meal’. Can I eat 30g protein, wait an hour, and eat 30g more? Can I just wait 45 minutes? Is 45 minutes ok, but not 30? what about 40 minutes?

This depends on your digestive power also knowned as belley fire, how large the meal, it`s composition. The fact i could take 15 meals does not mean it is wise at least not long term. I take 9 but do not try to push in 30 gr each time.

The quote above has nothing to do with the absorption of dietary protein. Protein synthesis refers to your body’s generation of proteins, which results in muscle growth. Dietary protein provides the basic building blocks needed to stimulate protein synthesis and fuel the process.
