Of course you’re a hardgainer, you’re only eating 2,800 calories. You can’t build a big brick house without a lot of bricks.

Everyone is a fucking “hardgainer”
Do you think there are people here who barely go to the gym or eat anything and look amazing?
coach in my gym eats only protein no carbs no fat 1200 cal and is 3 times biiger than me with 45 arm … dont you think that genetics play big role ?

maximum 3000 but had vomiting feeling … especialy on tuna
Eat some beef. Tinned tuna (I assume not fresh as fresh tuna is lovely) sucks balls.
Surely you can manage a large portion of meat/eggs, a large portion of carbs (rice/potatoes/etc) a large portion of fruit/veg four times a day? It isn’t difficult to hit 3000 calories. I’m fairly sure I’ve hit that in one meal post workout and I haven’t been gaining fat lately.

yeah but as far as i know body can absorb max 30 gram protein per meal
Your body looks like it needs some volume work and lots of meat.
Find one of the programs on this forum that gives you good volume on each bodypart, and take in lots of food.

First of all, I wouldn’t be surprised if that coach is lying to you. I’m not sure how you could eat 1200 calories worth of meat and NOT ingest any fat. Secondly, a 45 cm arm isn’t big. Genetics may play a role in that, but unless you are composed of nothing but slow twitch fibers (meaning you can bench 225 for 12 and have a max of 245), there is no way you are at your genetic limit.
You just need to analyze the various factors. How long do you sleep at night? What is your job like? How stressed out are you normally? How frequently and intensely do you train? Do you have solid mind-muscle connections? How strong are you? I’m not going into the whole discussion of whether you have to get stronger to get bigger, but there does at least seem to be a base level of strength needed to get big. If you cannot rep 225 with ease on the bench, pull 315 easy from the floor for reps, and squat 275 for high reps, you probably aren’t going to have a very impressive physique.
If your strength is holding you back, try a phase of low reps for a little while (6-8 weeks). Then, when you go back to doing higher reps, you’ll be able to handle more weight for higher reps. Just my two cents.

If your coach eats 1200 cal/day, then he isn’t bigger than you. Either his size or food intake is exaggerated here, and by a large margin.

Sounds like he’s on the juice perhaps … and can’t count … that’s not even that big. Of course, genetics are the setting in which the story takes place. Just don’t think most are subscribed to that poor of a story.

I don’t know what magical advice you are looking for. You seem to expect extreme results but are you training hard? Are you eating enough? I would guess the answer is a resounding ‘no’ to both based on the fact you would rather bitch about your genetics and being a hardgainer.
It’s not a question of using some secret IFBB routine or drinking triple distilled grass fed organic whey shakes exactly 15 minutes after your last set.
You sound like a pussy who does not train hard or eat enough. Rectify that and your results will improve.

This is complete bullshit where did you get this stuff. So what if you eat 31g, 1g evaporates out of your ears?
Read the beginners forum and stop worrying about your genetic limits and if you have already reached your peak lifetime best in muscularity.

If you actually believe that, then you should be eating no less than 6 meals a day with 30g of protein a piece. Along with carbs and/or fats.
Really shouldn’t be too hard to hit at least 3000 calories a day.
If 6 meals isn’t enough, do 7. Still not enough? Try 8.
I’m not going to go so far as to say that this will make you more muscular or anything like that… but if you’re actually going to limit yourself to 30g of protein a meal, and you’re having trouble getting calories in… then eat more calorie dense foods, and eat more meals.
I too read that is about the max. Nobody needs more than 6 times 30 grams. Billions are made selling scrap that does not make it a fact. Just like politicians they repeat stuff adnauseaum and lots believe. You may see studies that say other wise but they finance studies . . .
I have grown with less than 1 gram per body pound at 54 and many others have even with 1200 cal. or 1000 for woman.

No.
Adult males are not growing with under 1g per pound protein and a 1200 cal diet.
Sorry.
No.

Stop your resentiment ang agression…
if body can absorb 100 gram per meal than what is the plus of roids ?
doesnt roid help you to absorb all the protein you take ?

Maybe people who are 145 lbs like you don’t need more the 180 grams. For other people who actually want to be big, some more protein will be useful.
