Is 20 Minutes Every Other Day Enough?

I’ve been doing exercises on the pull up bar for a couple months for 20 minutes every other day and am seeing some gains. Is this enough to build an aesthetic body? (I also do swimming + water polo for 4.5 hours a week)

20 minutes with weights, yes.

20 minutes with just a pull up bar…depends on what you consider aesthetic.

In my opinion no. 20 minutes of BW training a few days a week and over 5 hours of intensive cardio is not enough to build muscle.
