Is 20 minutes of weighted push-ups/pull ups 6 days a week enough to build an aesthetic body? (Also do 5 hours water polo/swim practice per week). I’m 14 btw
At 14, you have no business thinking about “aesthetic body”. You need to build a functional, healthy and strong body.
Everything you wrote is good for it also, but i would suggest you also doing some sort of MMA/Muay Thai/BJJ/Judo thing. These are good for strength, explosiveness and have added value of being able to kick someones ass.

I would rather see you lift less for a longer duration. Programs heavy in the big 3 (squat, bench, dead) would be beneficial with progressive overload. Try a 5x5 type program.
