F’n trainers… Waiting for bench for newb… 5 minutes between sets… He gets up, takes 2 plates! I ask him to leave 'em… trainer says “oh, we;re not done” so he’s having his newb do shrugs with the plates (ok, not so bad) but as a complex? with 5 minutes between sets?
I tell him I’m setting in. He tehn tells me to lift at the other machines… pointing to decline… So I state incredulously " you’re a trainer, that’s decline , this is incline"… Then he more vaguely points to others, Which I point out are flat and Military…
