mim: I use 1 x 100lbs DB between the legs. makes me look all strong and stuff- but it’s not that hard at all. I’ve got really slender wrists and fingers hence pussy grip. Chalk is my new best friend.

Your nice bands got ripped off!?!?! That sucks ass. Karma will be that thief’s big fat bitch. I think you need to replace them ASAP, and then keep them in your gym bag, nice and safe.

Occasionally I will get lightheaded after a big effort lift. It doesn’t happen with glute bridges, though.

You loaded up a bar with 315 and did something with it? That is SO AWESOME! Go you!

I’ll prolly pack some gym stuff to do the lifting tourist out there. We’ll see how I sleep though. That’s usually an issue when I’m not in my own bed. I should be back on tuesday and expecting stellar lifts from ya’ll, ya hear!

mim: the weather seems to be fairly good so travels should be ok. I wouldn’t dream of “pleasant” during a 5 hour flight with a 2 hour transfer but I can deal with ok. Got a good book and my trusty mp3.

soldog: my ass is the size of a small country so plenty of room for mutliple spankers. That being said my pullup numbers should shoot up to like 20 reps in 2 weeks with such encouragement.
