Came to work to find a picture from our camera system…I’m standing with my hands out and shrugging like “why would you do that”…and the dude scratching his head with this funny/confused look on his face. So precious.
Windy and cold so…I ran sprints around the lake. Real sharp. Even in wind gear, I was fighting going into it. I’ll save the deads for thursday, lower/abs friday, big push on saturday…Need more energy work, that has really been lacking for about 4 months now.

Got stuck inside a vodka bottle last night. Thankfully, I had some very nice company. No lifting today, the deads will have to wait. Next two days off, time to get back on the high-volume wagon.
but just for kicks, take your avatar pic, make the big guy not-so-big, make the middle sized white guy me (with my shirt back on), add the stench of alcohol and urine (on him), and my pleasant yet to the point look on my face…That’s pretty much it…

On a light note, dude from the most recent story bought me a drink the other night. Remember…the younger, bigger dude who wanted to “kick my ass right now”? That guy. He recognized me at the bar, and wanted to know how he knew me.
I replied that he didn’t but, I live in the neighborhood (which is true). Did a shot, and him and his buddies went and yelled at the game on T.V. You see, I truly am a people person after all.
On a worse note, I’m totally f**cked up right now. Came back from vacation and haven’t really done a dam thing in the gym. Going out late, spending to much, drinking to much. That’s my cheat food, alcohol. I drink.
I drink to much. I know it’s a problem, but sometimes I’ts hard for me to care. Oddly, I’ve done the, out every night train everyday and go to work thing before, but I just can’t get it going right now.
I made a new friend in DesMoines, she’s coming to visit in two weeks, thats the only motivation I can muster. Pure vanity. Maybe for now, I’ll use whatever I can to get going. I know I can do better.
Dam I hate whinning…
We have a program at work that let’s us track how far we walk on a shift. I ended up over 15 miles in 8 hours, minus my lunch and other breaks for other people ect…I power-walked almost 7 miles up stairs and in our garages alone. I don’t know how much time it took, but I do feel it today. I got it in my head to not use elevators and to walk as fast as I could, while still not looking to stupid! Whatever. Cleared my head and got my blood pumping, felt pretty good. Filled my fridge and went to work today. Going to cook and lift tuesday before work, and get this thing back on track.

So, I did the above (post) 4 circuts moving from one to the next ect…little rest. Nasty energy work.

pushup x 20…same as above, tougher than it looks…
iso-hold top of pullup 5 x to fail
back squat un-rack and hold 5xs @ 225
standing rope crunch hold 5xs @ 95…not sure how long these last holds lasted, and I really don’t care! My over-all work load has been low the last month. This workout was NOT low volume at all. Can’t seem to eat enough tonight. I’m really going to pay for this, but I’ll blame the BETA-7 and creatine, yeah, that’s it.

Greetings. I’ve fallen off the training wagon as of late, my drinking however has been steady. I’m working on it.
And no SteelyD, I’ve not been playing for awhile now, sad but true. I’d have to admit that it’s the most disappointing aspect of my life at this time. Worse yet, I’m doing nothing about it.
Back to the gym thursday…try to get caught up with you guys tonight…
Forgot my mothers birthday. She passed away many years ago, but I always celebrate that day somehow. Had company in town and forgot. The last straw of an already tough month…

I’ve never had a calf-raise meet, never heard of one.
On the other hand, I did my share of whining and self pity.
I’ve learned that little beats getting out and lifting and doing something.
Lift more, post your lifts, be a part of things.
The drink can be hard. I’ve friends in 12 step programs. No advice from me, I don’t know enough.
Other than lifting is a better cure for a lot of things than you would suspect.

How much weight ya gotta cut for that? Bad timing with Thanksgiving Day and all…
