Did some more zerchers and they still suck, that’s for nothing Skid. But yes, good news it is. Of course, I haven’t gotten up at 6:30 AM yet so…A NEW START !!! Alright, let’s not be dramatic.
So I get through the month, adjust my schedule for work, training myself and friends, maybe get a second job (which would suck), and see what’s next.
EDIT: I meant to say, get my training back on track, as in, actually get off my ass and get it back in gear. That would be a nice way to end the year.
I should probably get to bed soon…Godspeed to all.
" It’s O-600 hours. What’s the ‘O’ stand for? “O my god it’s early”. Thanks KM, working my way back.

After warm-ups: Shrug/jump shrug/hang clean combo thing…5 each@90x2/ with deads-2x10@135.
Jumpshrug/hang clean: 4each@135/ 4@155/ 3x2@185...that was interesting.
Deads: 2x5@225/ 5x3@315on 4" step.
RDL : 3x6@ 225 alt. with Overheads 3x3@135 (weak)
HangJumpShrug: 3x3@225...Based on how I feel, this may have been a bad idea.
Curl and Press: 10@30/ 3x6@40
So right, squats the next day, which of course sucked. For being de-trained and weak, I was supprised at how good I felt.
Squats up to : 5x5@225/ 3x3@315 (half reps), other lower stuff as well. That was Tuesday. And Wensday was Chest/Back a bit, this was as weak as I had expected it to be!
Bench up to: 5x5@185, hammer press @ 50's, bent row (palms up) 4x8@135, pulldowns @ 140...curl&press at 30's and 40's...other stuff too, but nothing to stunning really.
Just glad for three good days in a row, Thursday off, Friday Deads ect., Saturday heavy lower body and Abs, Sunday shoulders/arms…Let’s not get ahead of things.
Rumours were true, sun comes up in the A.M…who knew.
“He came from an island and he died from the street.
And he hurt so bad like a soul breaking, but he never said nothing to me…say hello to heaven…”
Chris Cornell
Deads: up to 5x3@275 alt. with Dips 5x8@+25
Cable crunch: 4x8@75 alt. High pull from floor 4x8@135
Chins: 5x5 alt. DB press 5x5@ 60’s
Standing rear cable cross: 3x8@30 alt. with Lateral raise 3x8@30’s
Crazy new ab stuff x 4?
Partly crappy with occasional decentness. Yeah, look it up.
Say hello to heaven: Chris Cornell (temple of the dog)
Afterglow: Genesis
Old and wise: Alan Parsons project
This is the life: LivingColour
Times up : LivingColour
Anything from Janes’Addiction or Maynard Ferguson…
Squats and Deadlifts : My idea of a “quad-dominate” session?
Front squats: 3x8@135 explosive...alt. with snatch-deads 3x8@135. This is my warm-up.
Back squats: 5x5@225 (weak)
regular deads:5x5@225 (weak)
Leg extensions: 2x12@65/ 3x12@85
single leg squats: 3x8@ bodyweight
RDL’s : 2x8@135/ 3x8@225 (this was so-so)
Kinda miss spoke there…I meant that my bench max has dropped about 30 lbs…Not me!
I’m right around 180, a soft de-trained 180 63G.
I’ve had a few more good training days of late. I think I’d be happy to get back to my previous PR’s by the end of the year (which should be easy). Up, up and away…
Time off indeed Eco, but I think I got carried away!
My old PR’s, I remember a few: Bench @ 240/ squat@ 275/ Dead@325/overhead 5x5@135…never went heavier but I think I will.
The squat I just hit the other day. Bench was better yesterday, up to 5x3@205. I think I hit some singles at 315 on the deads last week?..overheads will be tough, we’ll find out soon…

You’re almost there already, Z! You know that keeping your training consistency up will get you past those goals in next to no time.
Consist…consisten…con…nope. Doesn’t ring a bell SD.
Bench ect. this past tuesday, hammered my chest/tri’s/upperback and really feel it. In a great way.
If only I could get that feeling in my legs (my weakest link) I’d be doing alright. Try it out Friday, see what happens.

Wanna be my cheering section if I do a meet in December?
