Inner Triceps

I need help building my inner triceps. I don’t know if that is the correct name, just to clarify: if your arms are pointed straight down it would be the part of your tricep that is closest to your body. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

palms up tricep presses, close grip bench,hammer grip tri-press, lots of tricep work.

I used to think that I needed bigger “outer” triceps (lateral head). But then I just realized that I needed bigger triceps in general.

Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that you need to isolate when really you just need to build mass. No one is going to comment on how puny the long head of your triceps is when you’re busting out of your shirts.

If you haven’t already, leave your ego at home and go heavy and hard with your triceps routine.

Mindeffer is right on, palms up pulldowns/pressdowns? with a straight bar on the cable are awesome as well as hammer grip presses for the advanced trainee. RIT also makes a good point, if you want that ass gain some mass!
