I have read what is on this site regarding cramps and I do most of that already.
About 50% of the time I squat or deadlift, I get cramps in inner, right thigh (never my left). It is either a hamstring (inside and near pelvic floor) or an adductor. Seems to be more on the back of my leg than on the inside.
I suspect that it is a mobility or muscular imbalance. Has anyone had any similar issues? Any ideas how to resolve it? I do foam roll, take ZMA and potassium, etc.
I did an FMS screening and discovered that my right glue complex does not fire as well as my left. Turns out my body shifts the stress to my adductor and hamstrings on the right side. It is not a hamstring cramp but a minor pull/major cramp in the adductor.
Solution is to do get ups, forward lunges and single leg deadlifts.

Interesting stuff. Actually was about to suggest some form of compensatory thing going on as I read a case study with a related issue not too long ago.
