lets all go to prison . stop wasting your time training so hard in the gym. dont even bother juicing.
just go to prison. the environment will increase your test levels.
I don’t understand what the point of posting those after-prison pictures is. I don’t think anyone in here said you can’t have muscle when you leave prison.
I hear prison has done wonders for the physique of Craig Titus.

They live in an environment where the strong survive, do you really think that being strong willed when it comes to surviving would have no effect on the body? There is a book by Victor Frankl on this.
Hormone levels aside, I think their (inmates) definition of training hard is way above what some and probably a lot of people consider training “hard”. That and great genetics for muscular development because again we are talking about aesthetics.
Nice shout out to Victor Frankl. That is an inspiring book for life in general.
Anyway, let’s pitch a reality show where a bunch of newly arrived convicts fresh off the bus are allowed to train as much as they want, but can only eat what’s available in prison. They’re tested for drugs and the first one to bench 455 and pull 600 wins his freedom.

Dude, no offense, but you seem to respond like this often lately…and the attitude just doesn’t suit you.
Considering it is rare to get a camera in prison, I don’t see the problem with getting pictures of people right after they get out.
Ja Rule was never that muscular before. That after prison pic is because he didn’t do a photo shoot while in lock up.

But we hardly see shredded and brolic mexicans who are in prison… i wonder why.
lmao you’re delusional .

Obviously you didn’t read my entire post. I mentioned that having great genetics for muscular development plays into it too, which the prof went over in another thread.
Instead of shooting down everything people say, maybe actually having an open discussion would be possible, considering there is no one right answer.
Before prison, Ja Rule probably spent most of his time working on music, partying, drinking, smoking dope, and, screwing sluts. Then he goes to prison where he has nothing to do but lift and rest. And it’s surprising that he’s more muscular than before?
LOL

genetics+steroids+tons of callesthetics
in the pictures ex posted some these guys are BIGGER than IFBB Pro Victor Martinez(genetic freak?) when he came out of jail . hm…
I think Martinez claimed he was only about 180 lbs last time he got out of prison. For an average structured male, of let’s guess, 5’`10, maybe 5’11 height, and nowhere close to what I’m sure Vic himself would consider lean, I don’t think many people would call that big.

5’10 - 5’11 180 is normal.
when i saw the pics of Victor , i thought he looked like a couple of the barbers from my barbershop.

Some doesn’t mean all and I wasn’t trying to say that they all did what they did without steroids, it was a thought added to the conversation to not discredit the environment and how the body can be affected by one’s psychological disposition. I am not trying to solve the puzzle and apply it to everyone, because we will never know anything with 100% certainty when it comes to this.

Yes. They use weapons and superior numbers to settle scores. If we ever had that ability we lost it when our ancestors used weapons and superior numbers to hunt.

Yea but they didn’t lose the ability to grind out more reps in trying to get stronger. I get where you’re coming from though.

but you can say that about anything.
we will never know with 100 percent certainty if IFBB Pros and Olympia competitors use AAS.

Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater. If you think that the environment of prison has no correlation to hormone levels and physical development…the you sir are delusional
