you follow a lot of black guys on instagram? interesting.

I thought about making a joke about the ‘bar competitions’… I’ll leave that to someone else.
no i follow competitors who participate in these competitions. its actually a growing sport.

ill wait when you have an arguement for what i stated earlier lol.

hilarious at the idiots on here claiming they got like that because their environment is hostile. lmao

Honestly? The first thing you posted was ridiculous. I didn’t misread it. Go back and read what you wrote and see if anyone would have interpreted it the way you meant it. But you decided to come back at me and tell me I had a reading comprehension problem. That’s why I came right back at you. It wasn’t until this post that you even mentioned that people don’t finish it.

I’m not calling you a liar, I’m saying that what you were posting made no sense. If you can’t translate information from your head into coherent wording, then that’s a you problem. I still don’t believe someone had to have their pants cut off because their legs were so swollen, but I’m not gonna hold that against you because you didn’t say you actually saw it.

As far as the way you have now explained it - that makes sense. It’s akin to the gallon of milk challenge, tablespoon of cinnamon, whatever. Something that sounds easy/do-able that really isn’t. That’s fine. I honestly don’t even think you need to throw in the part about having to go back down from 52. Nobody’s making it past the first 1400 squats, lol.
I guess that’s on me for not explaining it right the first time. As far as the pants being cut off thing, yeah, I didn’t see that happen myself, just heard about it. It seems possible if somebody was actually determined to win the bet and pushed their self pretty far into the deck, they might have some swelling the next day, but it is prison, and they have nothing to do but tell stories all day, so some of them definitely get exaggerated over time.

Here’s something for you all to consider though, in the middle of this internet penis waving you all are so inexplicably fond of. If this guy in the video was my training partner or brother or whatever, and didn’t have any youtube videos… and, stay with me here… I posted a picture of him on this forum saying: “this is my bro, he squats 500x15, beltless, ass to grass.”

Is there a chance in hell anyone would believe me? No? There are more freaks of nature out there than you know, on drugs or not…

I would believe you. In general, I find most Bens to be very trustworthy: Ben Franklin, Ben Stein, Ben Gay, and Gentle Ben just to name a few. One exception I would note is a guy named Ben Ghazi. I don’t know who he is, but I remember his name being mentioned in the news a lot and being tied to scandals and cover-ups.

You forgot Ben Rice, the most trustworthy Ben there ever was.
Bin Rahs. Bin Rahs, man.

ahahahah

answer choices to OP’s question:
a) genetics
b) BULK
c) talking about limits is what causes limits
d) all of the above

FWIW I have a bunch of friends in different prisons, and they all just eat IIFYM (macro counting) + intermittent fasting, and train 5/3/1 with only compound barbell movements. They have pretty much all day to read reddit and 4chan so they’ve got a good handle on what real bodybuilding is.

Why do some of these guys appear bigger than I have heard a natural can get?
Survival of the fittest, strong survive and the weak don’t. Genetic outliers.

Didn’t you have a thread about black people being able to build more muscle.
DazeDolo wrote:
lol @ everyone who said they got like that because their environment is more hostile. thats funny as hell.

why don’t we see brolic and shredded mexicans like the black people in prison? its genetics with a little bit of “help” .

and if you ask why the people in bad neighborhoods are shredded and muscular when they workout , well again most people in the ghettos of American are black .
Well maybe black people’s environments have been more hostile for longer generations…

The irony here is precious…we had good, productive and supportive threads before you thundered back in here.

It’s amazing to me that you cannot see it’s you.
Lol dude, do you remember kneedragger? did you know you don’t have to post in every thread on this website. T-Nation is cool in the fact that you don’t really have to participate in anything and still be a member.

All the physiques so far look pretty natural and attainable. So what’s the question… is it possible without weights? Why wouldn’t it be? Especially for people who get plenty of food and rest. Or in general, for that matter. Muscles respond to tension and volume, no matter where they come from.

An assload of those pictures were so squashed and stretched that you would have to be nuts to think they were unmodified.

Prisons have drugs. They do. They aren’t the bastions of clean livin we all thought. No solemn monks in those temples of iron.

The deck of cards- Squat and put one down, repeat- 52 reps. Squat and pick one up, repeat- 52 reps. 104 reps per deck. Some places also use chess pieces.

A buddy of mine spent some time in prison.

He just said there was a group of guys who would always challenge new guys to a push up contest, which was merely the new guy doing as many pushups as possible to failure. Then they’d beat the shit out of him while he was too tired to fight back.

Which, i’m pretty sure, is the recipe for swoleness.

LOL

Have that many of you really never heard of oral steroids? A syringe would never come into the equation. These aren’t pro bodybuilders with extensive and meticulous drug regimens, they’re a bunch of randos who probably don’t know the first thing about optimal hormone usage. What they know and can see is that orals will pack weight and strength on someone in a short period of time. But apparently we shouldn’t assume that a bunch of criminals who have more motive than any of us to be big even have access to steroids because that would be setting limits.

LOL dude, I was wondering when you would show up…you realize you just posted, chastising me for posting. For all of my 3 posts in this thread.

Well played 44th Phoenix…well played.

Motivation and drive.

The same thing that separates the guy who trains for 20 years and the guy who trains off and on.

Guess which one is most likely to accuse everyone else of steroid use.
