Injury Recovery, Calories, and Nipples

I fudged my shoulder up, ya…looking back I guess I should have expected it.

I’m all excited making HUGE gains right off the bat, I just wanted to keep that train rolling, but it didn’t. So I started throwing around weight I shouldn’t have been farking with at that time.

Anyway, now I’m fat. So do I avoid protein sups for now or what here?

It just doesn’t feel right, I’m eating less, and SLOWLY turning up the intensity / weight. This is obviously the right thing to do, but my diet is kind of up in the air beyond eating clean.

Do thermogenics work? Is there a point to taking protine WITH thermogenics, while trying to lose weight?

Nipples:

I have gained enough upper body mass to actualy notice that my friggin nipples are no longer pointing straight out, I know this sounds ghey, but fark it, I don’t want to look retarded! Should I be doing anything specific to avoid this?

As you gain Muscle mass in your chest the nipples are supposed to start pointing down, not straight on, unless your a chick.

To avoid this, don’t build your chest and keep eatting tofu.

There is nothing wrong with protein supplements, but there are no free calories.

However, keep in mind that they are less filling than real food and are generally more easily absorbed than real food as well.

For example, if you eat a large amount of fast absorbing whey protein at various times through the day, your body will have an insulin release and you can basically end up storing it as fat. This is especially true if you mix your shakes with milk instead of water.

Use them if you need to, but that means if you are in a situation where you can’t get protein during your normal meals and so forth. For example, at work is a common time, since not everyone can bring and store a meal or find good food close by.

Not sure that helps anything. Just trying to point out that you could be making it hard to lose fat if you keep your insulin bumped up all the time.

Ya I get the down part, that part I expected…how bout the out to the side part.

It seems like the inner portion (closer to my sternum)is slightly out pacing the outer.

yes.normal, just look at some bodybuilder pics and you will see.

now stop playing with your nipples and pick something heavy up.
