The numerous symptoms match up EXACTLY 100% to when AI crashed. What more do I need as evidence for MY body? That its crashed E2 is 100% certain. The mechanism why, is up to debate unless daily bloods are taken over weeks on both protocols to determine the mechanism. For now I can only hypothesize why the E2 crash symptoms (for me) on daily injections:
Large amount of Free T leading to high DHT, wrecking havoc on E2.
AND / OR no corresponding E2 spike due to low BF% and subsequent low aromatisation.
AND / OR No large T spike due to more stable levels. And aromatisation may be more effective only on the peaks of the wave. No peaks = low aromatisation.
AND / Or something to do with hyper fast absorption and excretion
Or some other reason. Who cares? We are in the business of treating symptoms are going by feel not numbers.

Please do share how you got it up to 80 currently? High fat diet? Forget the above argument we are having. My very unique aim is to investigate raising E2 of all things, in the long run. What else can you recommend? HCG? Anything else? I believe @GSX250 has some insights on this as well.

Totally agree. It could be any of those theories. We dont know exactly. A possible way to fix low e2 on dailies would be to take a once off dose of estrogen to raise shbg, lower free t,dht and balance out the ratio. This may end up shifting the balance too much in estrogens favour but at least high e2 is much more manageable.

First off, what “strong” is, is subjective.
Secondly, many bodybuilders are into volume training. I am one. These aren’t strength movements.
My quads and physique is nice, not because I’m strong. It’s bc of volume training and consistency/time.
What do you recommend? Any particular type of birth control pill, how many mg etc. Only if you have tried it of course.

Regardless, if you have big muscles, you’re strong. It doesn’t matter if you lift heavy, or more reps.

The transversal section of a muscle is obviously involved, but, as I said before, it highly depends on the central nervous system response.
I’ve seen welders or blacksmiths stronger than bodybuilders with years of training on their shoulder or people competing in body building contests doing biceps curls with 25 kg in total.
An argument that there are people who are stronger at certain things, than a bodybuilder, has no bearing on the fact that in general, people with bigger muscles are stronger than people with small muscles.

200mg/week doing daily shots. My E2 is 80 because my total T is 2000. When I was on once weekly shots doing 220mg my total T at trough was less than 1000 and my E2 was 35-40. It took a while before higher doses of T felt good and even longer to feel great (working up from 100mg).
I wouldn’t add HCG until you’ve exhausted all other options with T. Adding HCG would likely mean quite a long time figuring out the right dosage of the is one that makes you feel optimal. Plus it comes with it’s own set off shit to deal with from what I’ve seen reported by those on it.
