Incorporating Board Presses

Where in the workout? Today I did 2 sets first, then tired to do a set after 9 sets for chest. I know dumb idea but where do they fit in a hypertrohpy workout?

Board presses are meant to be done once a week on your Max Effort day at the beginning of your workout(Westside Barbell method). They are used primarily for strength so don’t expect too much hypertrophy off these alone.
