Incorporating 3x10

I am thinking of switching to 3x10 for my routine. I am currently doing 5x5 and have been doing it for quite some time and I have been making wonderful gains on my size and especially my strengths.

But I havent been gaining for a while so I have been thinking of switching up for a couple weeks to 3x10. But I think there could possible be a problem. Would my strengths go down if I switch to 3x10?

If you use the loading paramaters as they are prescribed, you should get stronger.

hy 3x10, why not 10x3 ? Get a back off week and start a 10x3 cycle.

No your strength shouldnt go down.
