I’ve been doing stronglifts 5x5 since the 2nd week of August. My gains have started to slow and I need something new to stay motivated. I was thinking about a 3 day bodypart split for Nov. and Dec. Then I saw some of Chad Waterbury’s programs that that looked good like the TBT. Any suggestions? Goal is to gain mass at the moment.
if you’re interested in a body part split, the typical
chest/tri
back/bi
legs/shoulders
will do just fine; of course you can split your body any way you like
Thats sounds like what I’m going to due for a while. It will be a nice change from the 5x5, but I will continue to squat, deadlift, bench, and military press.
