In Need of a Diet Plan

I’m in need of a good diet plan, I just joined the gym and i want to gain muscle mass. I’m not picky with food, i’ll eat anything healthy and i’m willing to drop unhealthy food. I would appreciate any good diet plans or tips.

Sounds like your looking to pack on mass. Id look at Massive Eating reloaded one and two by John Berardi. Other than that EAT cram it it.

Sounds like you have the foundation in mind already. Stop eating all kinds of crap food. Work out seriously. Eat lots of good food.

That’s a good plan! No harm in checking out any of the various diets described on the site either… such as the one Phill suggested.

I second this. And also, monitor your cal intake using www.fitday.com or some other program. If you don’t document your intake you will fuck it up. You might think you are eating 5-6 600cal meals per day but you are likely not. Also buy lots of steel cut oats and other large flake oats, you’ll need them for reloaded.

No the real kind stuff out of a box shop the parimeter of the store whole food, meeat, dairy, fruit, veggies, fish, chicken, nuts. FOOD base your diet on that
good stuff and you’ll be golden
