Improving Oly Lifts?

I’ve been following a modified WS4SB for a few months now, and I’ve gained a good amount of strength in my posterior chain, but for the life of me, I can’t seem to improve my snatch, power clean, or any olympic lift for that matter. My squat is around 375, and I hit a raw 360 sumo dl earlier today, but I can’t do more than 175 on snatch. Any reason for that?

Mostly technique. Although the oly lifts require a good strength level they are very technical. Getting a qualified coach. If you can’t afford that, work at lower weights and really learn the movements.

Most coaches will offer their services for free so long as you join USA Weightlifting (~$30/year). Coach Scott Tusic is a pretty well known coach in New Martinsville, WV.

Yeah, I figured the problem would come down to flawed technique, though I have improved my form, I know those moves are so goddamn technical, I was probably doing something wrong. Thanks for the advice, and I’m gonna try to look up that dude from New Martinsville.
