I’m beginning to get a regular pain in my back particuarly during/after deadlifts, rdls, good mornings etc. It feels like strained tendons and is centered either side of my spine and about halfway between my bottom rib and bottom of shoulder blade - it feels like where my erector muscles join my back.
Up til now I’ve just thought I need to give it a rest but I’m beginning to wonder if I’m actually training an imbalance with too much posterior chain, deadlift, exercises and not enough (read none)ab work?
Any words of wisdom for me?
