U.S. gymnast Blaine Wilson is 5’4" and weights 215 lbs. Just an example off the top of my head. I’ve taken gymnastics at college for two years and the best tumblers are the ones with the most muscle mass, men and women. If you keep tricking while you bulk slowly, you shouldn’t lose your touch.[/quote]
Blaine is nowhere near 215lbs.
Even Chainey was 165lbs at 5’6" or 5’7" and he looked massive…especially compared to Blaine.

I am too. WTF is tricking?
I feel so out of it. Urban Dictionary here I come.
Edit: just in case anyone else was wondering

If you don’t want to get smart-ass answers, don’t ask ridiculous questions that have been answered time and again. Maybe you wouldn’t get flamed if you had posted this in the BEGINNERS forum, since your questions are beginner’s questions!
Also, try to make sense when you post. I’m not saying you have to be an english major, but your post should at least be COHERENT!!

Hi, DT I’d like you to meet my friends Grammar, Punctuation, and Syntax. Guys, this is DT. Please, talk amongst yourselves, share some knowledge.
Now then, DT, if you continue to do your XMA while trying to gain weight, you probably won’t have any problems. If you were to stop “tricking” all of a sudden and bulk up to 200lbs then you would probably be fucked. But as long as you keep your XMA skills up as you get bigger you should be fine. Hell, you may even find yourself getting better at this “tricking” (please tell me there is a better name for this activity. Some words just don’t work well as gerunds).
Cheers,
Jay
Don’t let your weight get out of hand. You don’t need to bulk until you’ve gained 35 lbs. Try smaller 8-12 week bulking and cutting phases. Or you can just eat a few hundred kcals above maintenance for the rest of your life and hope to make continuous, small gains while maintaining body composition.
Train for strength; size will still come regardless, but you’ll be able to mainain a favorable strength to size ratio.

Then stop posting stupid questions already.
And, should you continue to post, change your anorexic avatar. It burns the eyes.
Next to you the Abercromie & Fitch models look like world class bodybuilders.

OMG your like so smart can i like have your like autograph. On a more serious note stop being a smart ass. Its just not doing for you.
I think we are all forgetting one crucial element: XMA is totally gay.
That is all.

I always thought tricking meant blowing guys at bus stations for $5 a pop. Well, I guess I really can’t call myself a tricker any more.
