Very very nice work. I think you should push it and get pretty lean, but that’s just me. ;)
Thanks bug.
I’m going to continue working with Shelby and it looks like the current plan is keep getting lean for the next 3 or 4 weeks and then start a “lean gains” phase…
Leangains is awesome, dude, good luck with that. Actually, Bug, myself, Josh86, DOHCrazy amongst others are all doing Leangains, and have seen awesome fucking results.
Keep going man, get shredded as fuck, I agree. Good work though.

Thanks SSC, sorry for the imprecise nomenclature. I’m guessing Shelby will have me doing something that doesn’t include IFing. I just meant my next period where my goal will be gaining muscle it will be an approach that is intended to minimize fat gain.
I am definately interested with the results that guys on this site seem to be getting with various types of IFing. Perhaps sometime down the road, as IFing looks like it would be very convient for a crazy schedule.

I don’t mean to hijack this thread, but what kind of results are you guys seeing? Getting leaner? Adding muscle with no fat? Just wondering cause i’ve just recently heard about it and was thinking of giving it a shot.
Darkane,
Thanks. Cycling carbs, fasted morning low intensity cardio 40min x 5 or 6 times a week (5 if I have 2 high carb days, 6 if I only have 1 high carb day). This week I have 2 high carb days.
For anyone interested to see the nuts and bolts of a week working with Shelby or Josh, check out this article on ELITEFTS which chronicles week 11 of my 12-week transformation.

Kewl. And damn I think 1 of my arms is longer than both of yours put together, lol.
Yeah at 6’2" only have a 6’3" wingspan, it sucks for basketball and DLing…good for prehistoric reptile impressions…
I have the exact same stats as far as height and wingspan as you. Now that you lost all that weight can you at least white man dunk? I was great dunking in high school and short arms never stopped me although being 265lbs would have. Look on the bright side, it makes your ability to round out those muscle bellies in your arms by growing muscle on the insertions and origins easier.
