Photoshop. Lasso tool or magic wand selection tool the object, or around it, invert selection if selected everything else. Cut image, paste onto new image. Use whatever color background you wish.

Correct. But unless he carries zero fat on his backside (I’m 100% sure this isn’t the case) I can tell he’s not yet 9%.
OP, you are looking good and are on track to getting very lean. As an aside, pay no attention to bodyfat calipers; chase the mirror. Goodluck and stay strong.

basically have been eating clean, tons of protein, cycling carbs, taking fat burners and doing some cardio and working out 6 times a week.
pretty simple honestly
