I'm a T-Nation Junkie

Tomorrow I start the ultimate T Nation cycle to finish off the summer:

BETA-7
New Alpha Male
New Spike
New Surge
Micro Creatine
REZ-V
BCAAs
Greens+ capsules
Metabolic Drive Complete and Low-Carb Metabolic Drive Super shakes
Metabolic Drive Rocky Road Bars
Flameout

I might even work out too (kidding…kidding)

I hope your diet is good, would hate to see all those supps wasted…

Good Luck!

Where can I buy metabolic super?

Ah, I think he was being sarcastic…

Thanks. yeah…my diet is good. If I eat one bad meal, I usually feel like shit (physically, not mentally). I actually LIKE food that’s good for me now. And like you said, I think about all the supps I am taking, and the results I got, and I don’t want to fuck with it.

I shouldn’t even call this a “cycle”. The Alpha Male and the Spike ae the only things I am cycling. I switch between that and HOT-ROX Extreme.

What is a “bad” meal? I am sure the other poster was saying that he hopes your diet matches your goals, not whether it was “good” or “bad”, whatever that means. There are many people loading up on supplements yet they aren’t eating enough or eating the right way for their goals regardless of how “clean” they may be eating. Taking a ton of supplements won’t make up for missing the basics. If you aren’t growing from your food intake alone, you fix that before you spend two hundred bucks on supplements.

why not save your cash. and buy more food

I am not one of those people. I have been training for 20 years. I have been on this site for 5+ years. I have competed in boxing, MMA, kickboxing, etc. I know how to make meal plans to match my goals. Don’t assume that everybody who takes a lot of supplements is some newbie,.

Also, to the other guy: I don’t need to save the cash and buy food. I can do both just fine.

How your post should have looked:

Why are you telling this guy how to post? He has the right to respond however he wants to? I think his response was appropriate. I was thinking the same generalizations Prof was until I found out the guy might actually know a thing or two.

I see what you’re saying, and you’re right, my post was probably innappropriate.

Yet, I saw this guy as getting way to defensive, seeing as the trend I, and I believe others see, on this board is to have a kid come talk about supplements when their diet sucks. I think Professors response was fine, considering the amount of information we had about this guys experience, and the amount of money this guy is spending on supplements.

I would like to see your results. Good luck.

One of the supps in my regimen, or the combo is giving me awful gas. I mean, “put a shirt over your nose and get the Lysol out” type of gas. This means I will stop taking one supp at a time to fund out the offender. It’s probably the BETA-7 or maybe the REZ-V.

Other than that, I feel great. Gained about 3 lbs on the scale, feel strong, muscles tight, etc.

Dude, if you are about to curb your approach because you got gas, you might as well give up now.

1BADMF,

What are you doing for workouts?

Which of the above supplements are you using for the first time? You shouldn’t try multiple supplements at the same time. How will you know how your body responds to certain supplements if different ones are being ingested at the same time?

I guess that’s normal for you at your height/weight and lack of women in your life.

4 full body workouts per week (Chad Waterbury stuff)

sprinting or swimming on off days

boxing or jiu jitsu, twice a week
