Which of the above supplements are you using for the first time? You shouldn’t try multiple supplements at the same time. How will you know how your body responds to certain supplements if different ones are being ingested at the same time?
Some of those supplements I use year round. The only ones I am “cycling” are the Alpha Male and Spike. Beta-7 I am using for the first time which is most likely the culprit since it’s stopped once I stopped taking it. Maybe it’s in combo with one of the othe supplements.

If you dont have gas and the shits, chances are you’re not getting enough protein!

I guess that’s normal for you at your height/weight and lack of women in your life.
Dude, you claim to have been lifting for TWENTY YEARS and you only weigh 205lbs…at 6’2". How can you possibly approach your keyboard to talk about someone else? 20 years?! Don’t you have a boatload of supplements to gargle down your throat so that one day you will actually LOOK like you spent 20 years on it? What the hell is wrong with kids today?

I thought gas was a part of bodybuilding.

“That’s why I use Febreeze!”

Biotest is shipping one free bottle of Febreeze if you purchase 4 bottles of Metabolic Drive.

You guys are funny. I deserve the flames for such a dumb post to begin with.

Prof X,

I did the velocity diet about a year ago. I went from 235 to 195. In the last year, I leveled off at 205 and about 10% BF. I can still bench 425, deadlift 585, and overhead press 225 for 3 reps. Same as when I was 235. Not bad for a 41 yo…

Thanks for the advice on the Febreeze, though.

Damn brother, those are some exceptional numbers. Great supp list mine is similar and yes, I agree there is nothing worse then nose searing gas. Maybe your gut will adjust if it is the product you think in a few days.

Laters,

D

Whoa!

Peeps slow down! and calm down!

Prof x - Whats with the hostility to this guy???

Dude at that age thats the kind of numbers I wana lift when I’m your age!

He’s not a bodybuilder.

Would be really cool if you took a pic. of your piss after a good week of being on all those supps!!!

Hey guys and girls,

Got the gas under control. I started taking the Beta7 at a lower dosage and titrated up. Now it’s fine. I feel great and my piss is the same color as always, and I nice strong stream too. No BPH on this brotha.

Better news was never heard or smelled!

Good to hear,

In that Powerful image of thib wasnt he 205? or low 200’s anyway? I think he has been in the weight game for more than a few years, maybe not 20 yrs but fuck he looks damn jacked up in the low 200’s. Not everyone wants, or needs to be 270 to look like they work out. Also Alwyn Gosgrove isnt a hulk of a man by any means, yet I think people listen to him when he approaches his key board.

You guys ever watch MMA and/or UFC, Pride? Look at some of the guys at 205.

I do not give a shit about looking like a bodybuilder. I am into sports. Not tanning and posing…but to each their own. All depends what your goals are.

One thing is for sure: keyboard jockies that start shit on internet forums can’t have much going on in their lives. I think we can all agree on that.

OK, I’m done with this thread. later everybody

Thib isn’t 6 foot 2. How is it so many of you completely disregard height? How is it so many of you drag shit out when I responded to this thread DAYS ago? For someone that tall, yes, I personally would expect them to be heavier than close to 200lbs after twenty years of weight lifting. That is less than AVERAGE weight for their height. Is it the end all of training? No, of course not. Did anyone say he had to be 270lbs? I sure didn’t.

The sad thing is, you are the one who insulted me first in this thread. How is it anyone missed this? I guess that makes you the “keyboard jocky”.

I wanna be 270.

Maybe just 250.
