I sprained my left big toe last night, and tomorrow is my squat day. I’m worried that I will not be able to do them. Any suggestions?
Go lighter and make sure you push with your heels which you should be doing anyway. Wait til it’s time for calves. I broke my right foot and big toe a while back. I got through it, but it did suck.
I kind of fucked up my left big toe 2 years ago. Sucked for running but didn’t affect my weight training at all. Granted, my problem may not have been the same as yours, but there is hope.
Start out really light and see how it feels.
yeah, it’s feeling better tonight. will start light with a few warm up reps to see how it feels. I’m doing Waterbury method right now, so I’m just concerned that I won’t get all the bang for my buck in the 10x3 squats.
