Goes to cry in the corner

OK but seriously. I forgot to ask Mike while I was there if I should go about my normal workouts until I get the one he’s writing for me, or if I should do something else. So, I’m picking option B and after work I’m gonna head into the gym for an all over kinda deal, complete with extra extra pull throughs and hip stretches and maybe even a few pistols, just to see if I can do em with added weight.

p.s. There’s crack in Goldfish Crackers. I swear.

oh come on, we love you, we’re just trying not to look desperate. Wait for the phone to ring three times and all that.

OHhhh you would be loved in ways that can not be expressed in this forum.

Yes, they do. Cheddar crack.

Cheezits are my meth.

I always thought Cheezits smelled like rotten cheese and stinky feet. Could never get over that. Goldfish don’t bother me though.

Cocoa roast almonds and peanut butter get me every time. But not together, of course.

Yep, I am familiar with this one – had a great PT diagnose my weak left glute exactly this way.

I’m guessing you’ll get glute activation pre-hab exercises in your program until you cry uncle.

I am able to resist goldfish crack.

But not Ruffles with onion dip crack.

Do they contain MSG? My coworker had some dry roasted peanuts on her desk and once I started eating them I just couldn’t seem to stop. Looked on the packet and sure enough, MSG. That stuff is evil. Eeeeevil.

you said it kimba! Ruffles and onion dip is the ultimate crack.

CBear, how long is not long for your front and side planks? 60 seconds? 90 seconds? With or without chains?

Sourdough pretzel knuckles.

pita chips.

if it’s salty I can leave it. If it’s dessert, I feel like I’m really missing out.

There was kugel available at lunch. My resistance was truly heroic.

kugel??

You poor girl.

It is delicious.

cheezits all the way!

Kugel is German for ball - I’m guessing it’s some sort of Jewish dish.

Noodles, sweet cheese, raisins, cinnamon. It’s a casserole deal. Almost like bread pudding but made with noodles instead.

my crack: cookies - homemade is better, chocolate chips is good. Together a dozen lasts an hour in my house. Washed down with mint tea.mmmm

I’m with T: ruffles and sour cream… or just ruffles. Or just sour cream. mmm goldfish… great now I’m headed to late-nite carbville.

HIIIIIII EVERYBODY!!

nommotherfuckingnom!!

freckleface; standard is 2 minutes. I got the longest of the group, 1:01 on my front and less than 30sec for each side. good news is, each side sucks equally!

we’ll discuss what I did in the gym tonight. In a moment, but not yet.

First, my PWO meal. I went to Denny’s. I needed little encouragement. “I’m tryin to talk myself into goin to Denny’s.” “Sounds good, grub it up for me, too.”

Well, I can’t let a friend down, now can I? They call it the “Lumberjack Slam”; 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 6 sausage links, 2 slices bacon, hashbrowns, & toast. I had 2 large glasses of OJ and a slice of carrot cake for dessert.

I pix msged the meal to the person ^^ up there (and 9 other people), and the response I got was, “Did you hijack a shipment of food meant for Hati?”"

Yes. Yes, I did.

training****

sorta. Went in to do SOMETHING, ffs, I hadn’t been in the gym since wed or thurs… yikes!

lots of warmup, plate slides, dc broomstick swings, and the like. did pull throughs, a lunge/punch thing on the cable machine (I bet it has a real name. I dont know it.), heavy calf/ankle stretches on the seated moo raise, 10/8/7 wg pullups with green band assistance.

then 20 min of stretching in the sauna. I had it all to myself. (why do the other people in the sauna try to talk to me when they’re in there? I do my best to look unfriendly. I’ll have to try harder…)

^^ I’ll have you know I have the Lumberjack slam every Sunday morning  And I still eat everyone else’s leftover toast.

One day you and I will have to meet at an all you can eat Sunday brunch
