Not sure if this matters, but after a hard workout, should I foam roll first, or ice my muscles down first? Does it really make a difference?
I think i’d make more sense to roll first, then ice.

Yeah somewhere read it too, cant remember where. That it tricks your CNS to feel refreshed while it actually isn’t.
Can I ask why you want to ice in the first place? What goal are you tying to get with the ice?
Makes a lot more sense to foam roll before you even warm up to train - and then, if you’re going to ice at all, do it after training.
