I have a dodgy ankle from lots of sprained ankles, surgery, and 2 footed tackles. Im still playing football(soccer), but often the next day my ankle feels a little arthritic. So Ive started to ice it after any activity and I feel that this is helping in recovery.
Any fellow T-Nationers that use icing on a regular basis? How long do you do it for? Is cold/heat cycling worth trying?
