Whats up. I am going to start doing Ina King’s Limping into the New Millennium leg routine next week and I was wondering what the best routine to incorporate with it would be. I was just thinking low rep heavy weight for the rest of the body. Anyone got any ideas….i am in the middle of packing on some Mass and for the first time in some time I am making some serious gains. Has anyone tried Limping into the New Millennium leg routine and how was it.
I highly recommend Ian’s 12 weeks to super strength program. No guess work, systematic and ass kicking. What more does a person need?
I’m right there with ya! Started Ian’s “Limping” series at the end of March. I have been taking off a week in between each phase, and working upper body once per week along with the 2 day per week leg workouts. I believe Ian suggest any upper body workout is ok if the total volume does not exceed the volume of the leg program. Personally, I have been following a upper body routine that resembles each phase of the leg progra. So like yourself I will be doing heavy weights, low reps, long rest between sets for the final phase of the progra. My upper body seems to have leaned up a little thru this program and my leg growth and strength increases have been outstanding. I think you are on the right track. Good luck, and let me know how it goes.
