Been thinking about getting one of Ian Kings video packages (pack 3) for a while now.
I just recently visited the site and it looks like he has some newer videos and books available.
Some videos well over $100!!! Dang!!!
I am leaning toward pack 3: speed drills, abdominal training, flexibility, bench, dead, and squat video.
Has anyone seen these videos or know of anyone who has?
Would just like some feedback before I make the purchase.
