I was wondering if any of you guys have gotten any of the items on the Get Buffed Total Package that KSI is now offering. I do have the Get Buffed book, and I’m happy with it. Is the Get Buffed video worth it? What about the ab, flexibility and the control drills videos? If it weren’t for the fact that I already own the book, I might have already placed an order for the Package, but I’m hesitant.

I recently went for the book + exercise video offer and I’m well pleased (except for the fact that if I’d waited I’d have had the rest of the videos for a cheaper price!)

I emailed 'em, they said they would subtract the price of the book if you already owned it.
