Was it him who posted that thread which went something like:
“Do you guys think it’s a good idea to pull the bar down on the descent of a bench press instead of resisting the weight?”… Of course he described this via lots of pseudoscience and 20-syllable words, but you get the idea.
If it was him, then yeah, definitely a troll… I’m too lazy to search for that idiotic thread though.
