Your pants are probably too small. They look tight around the thigh. Go a size up and wear a belt if need be.
Light blue denim is not fashionable. Go for dark blue, or black.
Pull your shirt down.
I don’t think every shirt has to hug your biceps. I mean, sure, on Extra Special Show-off Days you can wear a tight shirt, but not every single shirt has to be tight.
The tracksuit looks fine to me.
And… that’s about all I can say.
Stop worrying about your clothes being tight enough. (This is something I wish I’d learned in my teenage years.) We can all see that you’re not fat, whether your clothes are tight or not. Wearing clothes that are too small or tight won’t make you look like Adonis, it’ll make you look silly.

It also looks like you’re wearing straight cut jeans. Someone with your hips would benefit from wearing boot cut instead IMO.

I’m with BONEZ217 on this. Its your posture that is half the problem. Strike the pose and then take a new pic. Huge difference. Anyways I barely know how to dress my self and have had dates complain about me wearing Black dress shirts with blue stripes along with kaki coloured dress pants. I dont see the problesm but girls do.
So the solution to your problem is to ask a girl or a gay guy (I hear the ladies like teh way they dress but I cant do it).

This is a welcome tangent.
No amount of clothing will mask your lack of confidence and poor posture. If you really see a style you like,I imitate it. Ask your friends (if you have any) or coworkers where they get their clothing or where they shop from. Also,take note of trends. People in my age group (Early 20s) wear slim straight jeans and wear clothing from Forever 21 or H&M so thats where I shop. (Well,if I Texas did have a H&M…) Personally,Since im into it…I go for a European-Sporty look. I flip through the German and Sweden GQ magazines and imitate. Like I said earlier however,none of this will matter if you don’t have the confidence. Judging from your pictures,you need to work on that more importantly.
