Hey guys, I’m new here.
I need a little help from all you experts out there, pretty please. Other forums tend to ignore me just at the fact that I’m a newbie.
My scenario here is a whole different one.
First of all, I am training in MMA.
I had always been in the featherweight division and I really wanna bulk up and get into lightweight, at least.
I have been working out since I was like fourteen, and now I am 18. I have a somewhat built body. To help you guys see my condition, I have uploaded a photo of me.
Aite, but when I don’t flex it, my muscles won’t really show, probably because of the fats. Genetics. But I’m trying my best to fight it.
From where I am, gyms here are super expensive. And supplements are CRAZY expensive, and being someone not very rich, I can’t afford both.
I depend on fish for my protein intake, and that’s just it.
So the main point is, I need your help to construct for me a workout plan.
The catch is, I train at home with only adjustable dumbells, a chin up bar, a barbell and a bench.
Can you guys construct for me a home workout program that could help me bulk up?
I am currently 135 lbs, and my goal is to shoot up straight to 180lbs. I am going to work really hard to achieve my goals. I want to make it in time for next years South east Asia championship.
