I lost and cannot find my previous log, so I’ll just pick up where I left off.

12/20/22:

Incline bench: 1-10-1 method, 135lbs
Flat DBs: 10, 10, 5, 8, 8
Pec flies: 4x10
Chest press machine: 5x10 with two drops

CGBP: 5x5
Lying tricep extensions: 5x8

Chest supported row: 4x10
