Incline bench: 1-10-1 method, 135lbs
Flat DBs: 10, 10, 5, 8, 8
Pec flies: 4x10
Chest press machine: 5x10 with two drops
CGBP: 5x5
Lying tricep extensions: 5x8
Chest supported row: 4x10

Duffalo Bar box squats: work up to top set single on low box, 325lbs (could have gone heavier, but I’m still working on technique)
GHR: 3x10 (BW only)
Belt squat w/ wide stance: 4x10
Hip thrust: 4x10
Unilateral leg curls: 3x10
Reverse Hyper: 4x20
