Just a bit about me before we get started. 18 years old, about 215 pounds, right around 6 feet or so. My personal bests at the moment are as follows.
High bar Squat-325x5
push press- 240x5
bench press- 275x3
deadlift- 455x4
Coming back from a minor muscle tear in my back, hopefully I’ll be bigger and stronger than ever.
My current training/eating philosophy at the moment is quite simple. Squats, benches, and push presses 1-4 times over the course of the week, and lately, speed pulls with deadlifts 3-4 times per week, due to my back injury and not wanting to go super heavy on deadlifts. I take ZERO supps, but eat large amounts of meat, varied veggies, rice, Ezekiel bread, eggs, fruits, and some junk when im feeling like the moderate fat ass I am. I’ll try to get some pics and vids up in the near future.
