@OldGoat Thank you! It wasn’t quite enough to beat the young skinny fellas in the challenge thread, but I’m pretty pleased with how I did. I also got a nice introduction to a half-hour long emom type workout. Great way to keep the heart rate up! @Despade Thank you and your challenge performance was also very well-done.
