Incline BP ( today called for you to work up to a Max double) so I did
240x2 (PR) my previous best was a single @235 about a month ago…

left arm 1x,2,3,5 @60, 1x2,3,5@65 65 is up 5lbs
right arm same as above . SO I will work 65’s starting next session until I get all the reps and than onward we roll!

Squatties ( kind of back off day of sorts) I did as the program instructed.

The bad news is Day 8 calls for 50 @185…I couldn’t even do 50 @135 it may take me all day to get the reps…but I will
So,7 down and 7 to go…weight at 178.5 up 4.5 from the start 3 weeks ago…
Proud parent moment : my son is entering his senior year of high school ( no that’s not the proud parent part…well maybe it is?) and was named by Inside Lacrosse ( kinda the bible of the sport) as one of the top 50 players in the country !! SO happy for him.
