I posted this in my old log but than realzied it is now locked up so I thought I would copy the post and start the new log.
Day 1 OG vs. 2,3,5
Squats 2x2,3,5 x225 much improved from the past.
BP 2x2,3,5x235 good weight to start with looking to make this move in this cycle. Shoulder a little annoyed but not bad…Biofreeze and Buds should take care of that.
RDL 3x8x135 did these very light my hammies were very tight so I was looking more for a stretch.
Hammie curls 3x8x65 light and easy supersetted with HS calf raises 3x12x90
UN- maybe 50 or so paces, our gym isnt that big either and is crammed with machines…but I just wanted to include some walks for a cycle or two…good fr my shoulders.
Day2 OG vs 2,3,5
Snatch Grip Rack Pulls ( just below knee)
135x10, 225x5, 275x3 work 5x2x315 1x3x315 straps on everything above 225
BP
3x2,3,5x235 moving up 10lbs next week…
Cable rows neutral grip
3x8x130 with 2 sec hold
One arm BB curls ( 5ft bar)
2x10xbar, 1x7xbar
That all I had time for…need to pick up the pace on my rack pulls too much time between sets…shoulder is holding up under the benching so I will keep going…
Time is one of the big down sides to lifting in the morning, you gotta get in and get out. Well unless you want to go to work smelling like a hobo’s foot.
Looks like you got in what matters.

Oh so true my friend…I have an hour and 15 minutes and that includes warmup, mobility work and such…when I take too much time between sets it just gobbles up the time…The other sucky parts about AM workouts is I am half asleep, fasted and cranky because its dark out even when I leave the gym!!

I like showing up at work smelling like a hobo’s foot. only its not so much like his foot as his. well. you know.
Right here Dday…weekends have been tough and havent been around to post. wife’s business has been super busy we have to take over space next to her to fit everything and we dont have the cash to expand at the moment…more debt…hooray for me!!especially delightful as my son heads off to college next year and his sister is 1 year behind. We have been working 10-12 hours on the weekends to try and meet demand. My son worked last night until 10pm.
OG vs 2,3,5
Squats
3x2,3,5x225
BP 2x2,3,5x245 1x7x235…just tired and rushed this AM. The 3 sets of ladders on Squats took energy I didn’t have. Rested 235 set should be a 10 rep affair.
No more time to do assistance work for lower body. Had to get to my office for 7:15 meeting with the guys who administer the company 401k…Nothing like being rushed out of the gym and its only 5:55AM…something is wrong with my life!!
