Cycle 4 Week 2 Squat Day “squat as in nada, zero, zilch”

18 inch box (couldn’t find the 12 or 15 inch box)gym is adding a bunch of useless equipment and two more racks of dumbbells that go up to a whopping 85 lbs(even the Goat uses more than that)…place is a zoo right now…looks a lot like my office come to to think of it!

Cycle 4 Week 3 MP day

5x120, 3x140, 9x155 I dont have any previous rep data on 155 but considering last week was 145x9; I’ll take it. My 1rm when I started 5/3/1 was 160…so 4 months in, at least something in moving North of the Vag.

Weighted Dips: 2x10x70, 2x8x80, 1x4x105, 105 is brandy new, never been there before previous was 100x4.

Seated Cable Rows: 4x10x140, 1x10x150…

no mas, uncle, bring in the closer the goat is done…no cardio…swill protein and walk the dog in the woods for 1/2 hour…not many days left for him I’m afraid…

Got it. Lifting is the opposite of dieting. Lifting, hurts, equals good. Dieting, tastes good equals bad.

JW- i know how you feel with dips, for long time I couldn’t do them because of a junky shoulder. SO I am always nervous when I hop up and start banging them.

Jack - next cycle I am dropping dips to give my shoulders a little break. I have had good runs with them lately and need to control myself or I may end up on the DL.

Hel_ maybe that’s my problem, I eat things that taste good and lifts that are easy!!!

Tomorrow is Deads and my money set is 275 which was my 1rm when I started this chaos…so I am looking forward to seeing what number I pop.

Strick, JW, Joe, Math and Eco- thanks…it was a good morning! There was more in that 275 but I got so excited ( like i am 12 years old or something) when I hit rep 6, I lost focus and rep 7 came up no worries but my form resembled my daughters room…a complete disaster! So I tapped out . Really appreciate everyone checkin’ in and being positive! If I could just get all of you guys to come hang out at the corner bar…it would be a better place!
