it’s my second time trying heavy db snatches. i’m hoping to get 50% of my bodyweight by the end of january. i love how they get the heart rate so high but still have the badass anti cardio feel to em. same reason i love me some stepups. lol

I’m a big sushi fan, too. I’d eat it a lot more if it wasn’t so feckin’ expensive. I was lucky enough to eat sushi in Japan last year - that was cool. Super fresh and tasty.

And commiserations on Flo. I hate that bitch whore too. I don’t get the blues much (although I have done in the past) but the old slag has taken to hanging around for 8 or 9 days which pisses me off no end considering I have a 25 day cycle. Unfortunately it’s an age thing.

Have you tried taking any supplements to regulate it? I know my PMS symptoms got radically better when I did V-Diet once and I think it’s down to the low carbs.

oh lordy 9 days would SUCK. i’m a pretty steady full 6-7 usually though. and that seems like years. lol

i notice that i get way worse cramps when i eat a lot of carbs. but i also get insane carby cravings during the 3 days before i start bleeding. tears and carbs, baby, tears and carbs. lol but yeah i definitely try to limit them if i don’t want to have to spend 3 days in bed.

What does this mean? Are you doing a set of pullups and then knee raises immediately after without getting off the bar? Hmm. That sounds tough and like a very good way to murder your grip. I might have to try that.
