focus is all on leandom. bangability as i like to call it.

keeping the weekdays mostly low carb high fat. just need to be a good girl and stay out of the booze for the most part and i should have no problem leaning out.

another low carb day today… but i’ll probably have some carbs after tonight’s leg sesh. at least a bunch of fruit. om nom nom.

think i’ll save the drinking for either downtown festival tomorrow night or a branding sunday. oh who am i kidding i’ll probably indulge doubly. plan is just not to get shitfaced. a couple beers each day and i should be golden.

oh and i still haven’t blazed it. damn close to the 3 month mark on that. which means i should be able to pass any test a job would have. my hair grows hella fast so i should already have teh 1.5" of clean root. =+)

Your trip sounds awesome… Oh and there is a lot to be said for a gym that you are HAPPY to be in and go to.

yeah… nothing can beat having a home set up… but i was able to nearly double the money i’ve spent on equipment, give the ex a decent set up at her new place, give the bro in law 175 lbs of weights to front weigh down his trencher, and never have to pay a dime for gym memberships for over three years. not bad. not bad at all. i’m bummed i never got to paint my cage a pretty color though.

hit legs tonight. i can barely walk now.

leg press, bb step ups, pullups, rdls

short and sweet.

i also got in about an hour of four man football this afternoon. hella fun!

now i can’t stop yawning. i’ll probably stay in tonight and crash out nice and early. have some social stuff this weekend so i might as well be good tonight. =+)

slept in til almost 11. didn’t get out of bed til noon. got some coffee, milk, protein, fruit down the hatch and headed to the gym.

people were actually using the squat rack! which i was happy to see since it was upper day for me.

and they had chains! not sure where the hell they got them from. i’ll have to investigate.

today’s workout was:

bb bench press
db kroc rows
db incline press
w8ed pullups
bb power shrugs
hanging knee raises
machine rows
shoulder stuff

had a mad pump by the end of this.

downing a protein smoothie then i’m gonna shower, have a couple beers and then walk downtown for a christmas event they do where everyone walks this street and checks out the decorations and drinks hot toddys. meeting some friends there.

i figure the 5 mile round trip walk will be perfect for burning some calories. it’s got to be at least 70 degrees out. i was out on the deck in a tank top a few minutes ago. might as well enjoy the nice weather while we have it. next week’s sposed to be cold. well for here. lol

maybe next week i’ll actually start writing down my workouts and properly logging.

well that weekend went way too fast. we had some phenomenal ass weather. i was at a branding all day sunday and it was in the 70s and sunny. love tank top weather in december. makes you appreciate it more.

anyways i drank too much… but had a good time and was right back on track today nailing my macros. all the gym mirrors really have me aware of how much extra chub i’m carrying. blegh.

tonight’s workout:

bb box squat (first time squatting in ages)
bb step ups
leg curl
angled leg press

then i got on the treadmill. can’t even remember the last time i stepped on one of those.

got in a good upper sesh today.

bb mil press (worked up to triples at 95)
bb bench press (sets of five at 105)
bb seated behind the neck press (sets of 8 at 55)
pullups
db rows (worked up to sets of 12 at 50)
1 arm db snatch (first time doing these with big girl weights) (worked up to triples at 40 lbs)
db kroc rows (2 sets of 12 at 55)
db incline bench press (2 sets of 8 with 30’s)
db lateral raises ss w/ db side raises (15’s)
seated machine row
hanging knee raises

multiple sets of everything. strength’s not quite back but definitely getting there.

nutrition is perfect on weekdays.

progress WILL be made. =+)
