@ bobbi - i haven’t been hitting the weights regularly at all pretty much since we went to spain in early spring. the combo of insane work days, zero days off, the heat, and breaking up with the girl i’d been with for 9 years = letting the workouts slide.
lordy my body’s ability to recover is still WAY down. can’t wait for that to go up. backed down on the bench press today cuz my arms and upper back are still toast from friday.

my computer HATES T-Nation. my log doesn’t show posts… i get error screens 24/7… and it never keeps me logged in. annoying!!

it’s been 3 weeks booze/bud free. nutrition’s been superb… but i’m trying to keep the cals at a decent level for another couple weeks despite a feisty urge to start serious cutting.
definitely leaning out. upper abs are starting to get definition. just in time for pasty white winter skin. lol
in other news i’m moving east this spring. not sure where yet but i’m gonna pack what i can in my rig and head on a roadtrip cross country to mah new homeland. hopefully take like a month with lots of stops on the way. should be mega fun. til my truck breaks down. lol
