Deja, I’m happy to hear about your flat tummy progress. Agreed on your observation that going into a binge with lots of lean muscle mass is good protection against fat gain. I just ate like crap for a week and haven’t really suffered for it.
Chins +10 are totally badass! I’m still struggling to get to get to 10 with just BW.

well fuck. it’s been a long ass month. my teeth had some issues (dry socket) and i was in mad pain for a couple weeks. couple that with dealing with a breakup and working nonstop and it was a pretty low time. now i’m sick. but at least i’m not letting myself get fat. lol
hit legs yesterday. giant sets of stepups and some front squats.
right now i only have three days a week to workout so i’m doing:
sunday - full body
wednesday - lower
friday - upper
ummmmm. guess that’s it for now. hopefully things start to get better around here. =+)

yeah the kids i nanny were sick on monday and i spent too much time in their sneezing zone so i was pretty sure i’d get sick since i haven’t been eating enough lately.
got in a short workout this morning. still feeling a bit sick, but was happy to get something in.
workout:
military press: 65 x 10, 10; 75 x 8
bb step up to 14" box: 115 x 10L/10R, 10L/10R, 10L/10R
pullups: bw x 5, 4, 3
short and sweet. i’ve already worked a few hours and done a ton of housework. time for some beer and football. nice to have the day mostly done by 10am.
back squat: 95 x 8; 115 x 6; 135 x 5; 150 x 5; 165 x 3
bb step ups (14.5" stump): 120 x 10, 10; 95 x 20, 20 (total steps per set)
deficit dl (4" box): 135 x 12
wasn’t much but kicked my ass. i think i’ll drink some protein and juice and go take a nap.
nutritions been good this week. gotta stay out of the brewskis on weekdays. doing aok so far.

feeling ok, kimba. still having a hard time with it…but nothing i can do but keep on keepin on.
right now i’m just working a bunch and planning on hitting the road on an extended roadtrip in the spring/early summer sometime. then i need to pick somewhere to live and start looking for a job. i’m ready for something new. =+)
